Having trained in New Orleans, Louisiana and Long Island, New York the culinary arts interest is and continues to be an intricate part of the ministry.
Todd J Rodriguez-Spencer earned a culinary arts degree and is in pursuit of an accreditation from the United States of America Culinary Arts Federation. Upscale cuisine ranging from personal chef services or banquets are services offered. Experienced wait staff and flexible menu available.
Gardé Manger and presentation are areas of concentration of our services. Hors D'oeuvres, soups, entrées, fruit/vegetable displays, and tableside cooking are available. Menus are created according to occasion, budget and dietary needs.
